Nexium Tablets
- Active Ingredient: Esomeprazole

Uses: Nexium tablet is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition where the stomach produces too much acid. It is also used to promote healing of erosive esophagitis (damage to your esophagus caused by stomach acid).
Dosage: Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Swallow tablets whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Side Effects: Common side effects include headache, diarrhea, nausea, gas, abdominal pain, constipation, dry mouth, and drowsiness. Consult your doctor if you experience any severe side effects.
Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to esomeprazole or any other proton pump inhibitor. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before using this medication.
