Description
Panadol Cold+Flu contains the following active ingredients:
- Paracetamol (500 mg): A painkiller that reduces fever and alleviates pain.
- Common Side Effects: these includes, Dizziness, Feeling nervous and excitable, Trouble sleeping
- Serious Side Effects (Seek Medical Attention): these includes,
- Allergic reactions: Rash, hives, itching, red or swollen skin, wheezing, tightness in the chest or throat, trouble breathing, or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
- Liver problems: Dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite, upset stomach, light-colored stools, vomiting, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis: A severe skin reaction that can cause serious health problems and may not go away on its own.
The recommended dosage instructions for Panadol Cold+Flu are as follows:
- Adults (including the elderly):
- Take 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Do not exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.
- Do not take for more than 5 days without consulting a doctors
- Adolescents aged 12 to 18 years:
- Take 1 to 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
- Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours
- Children under 12 years:
- Not recommended.
