It is used for:

Dosage (For Common Skin Fungal Infections)
Adults:
100 mg once daily for 2–4 weeks, OR
100 mg twice daily for 1 week (depending on doctor’s instruction).
For nail fungal infection:
200 mg once daily for 6–12 weeks, or
Pulse dose: 200 mg twice daily for 1 week, repeated every 3 weeks (3–4 cycles).
