Oraxin Syrup

Description

Indications:

• Perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis
• Vasomotor rhinitis
• Allergic conjunctivitis
• Mild, uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations
• Anaphylactic reactions (adjunctive therapy after acute control)
• Appetite stimulation

Dosage:

• Pediatric Patients (Age 2 to 6 years): Usual dose is 2 mg two or three times a day (not exceeding 12 mg/day).
• Pediatric Patients (Age 7 to 14 years): Usual dose is 4 mg two or three times a day (not exceeding 16 mg/day).
• Adults: Total daily dose should not exceed 0.5 mg/kg/day.

Side Effects: Common side effects include:

• Diarrhea
• Stomach pain
• Headache
• Weakness
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you experience difficulty in urinating, vision problems, or nervousness.
• Finish the entire course of treatment as prescribed.
