• The Reals NIGHT AID Tablet contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg, which is a sedating antihistamine. Here are the potential side effects associated with this tablet:

• Indications:
  • Temporary Sleep Disturbance: Reals Night Aid is used to aid relief of temporary sleep disturbance (difficulties sleeping) in adults and children over 16 years of age.
  • Additional Benefits: It also provides relief for symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, hives, skin rash, itching, cold, and allergy symptoms.
• Dosage and Timing:
