This medication is designed to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, including headaches, body aches, sore throat, and nasal congestion. It contains different formulations for daytime and nighttime relief.

Day Capsules (Yellow & White)
Paracetamol (pain reliever & fever reducer)
Phenylephrine (nasal decongestant)

Night Capsules (Blue & White)

Dosage & How to Take
Adults & children over 16 years:
Day capsules: 2 capsules every 4-6 hours (morning & afternoon)
Night capsules: 2 capsules at bedtime
Maximum: 8 capsules in 24 hours
Do NOT exceed the stated dose
Not suitable for children under 16 years
Warnings & Precautions
Do NOT take with other paracetamol-containing medicines
Avoid if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, liver or kidney problems
Do NOT consume alcohol while taking this medication
Caution if pregnant or breastfeeding—consult a doctor first
May cause drowsiness—do not drive if affected
