Vastarel MR is primarily prescribed for:
Angina pectoris (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow to the heart)
Vertigo and tinnitus (ringing in the ears and dizziness)

How does it work?
Trimetazidine works by improving heart cell metabolism, helping cells function efficiently under low oxygen conditions. It reduces symptoms of angina without affecting heart rate or blood pressure.
Dosage & Administration
