Description
Indication
Sodicrom eye drops are indicated for the prophylaxis and symptomatic treatment of certain allergic ocular disorders, including:
- Vernal keratoconjunctivitis
- Vernal conjunctivitis
- Giant papillary conjunctivitis
- Vernal keratitis
Side Effects
Common side effects may include:
- Transient ocular stinging or burning upon instillation
- Watery eyes
- Itchy eyes
- Dryness around the eye
- Puffy eyes
- Eye irritation
Dosage
The usual dosage for adults and children over 4 years of age is 1 or 2 drops in each eye 4-6 times daily at regular intervals.
Precautions
- Do not wear soft contact lenses during treatment with Sodicrom.
- Discontinue use if you experience an allergic reaction.
- Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface to prevent contamination.
- Store at room temperature and protect from light.
