Panadol Advance is a fast-acting formulation of paracetamol (500 mg per tablet), designed for pain relief and fever reduction. Its key feature is the Optizorb technology, which allows the tablet to dissolve and be absorbed into the bloodstream faster than standard paracetamol tablets.

Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed.
Children 6-12 years: Take ½-1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 8 tablets (4 grams) in 24 hours for adults or the recommended dose for children.
