  - Fludrocortisone Acetate (0.01% w/v): A synthetic corticosteroid that helps reduce inflammation and itching in the ear.
  - Neomycin Sulphate (0.5% w/v): An antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.
  - Polymyxin B Sulphate (10,000 units): Another antibiotic effective against certain bacteria.
  - Lidocaine HCl (2.0%): A local anesthetic that provides pain relief.

Description

Indication:
- Otomed Ear Drop is used to treat:
  - Ear infections caused by bacteria and fungi.
  - Ear canal infections.
Side Effects:
- Common side effects are generally not seen with Otomed Ear Drop.
- If you experience any unusual or persistent side effects, consult your doctor.
Dosage:
- For Ear Infection (Otitis Media):
  - Adolescents (13-18 years): Instill 3 drops into the affected ear 4 times daily for 2 weeks.
  - Children (2-12 years): Instill 2 drops into the affected ear 4 times daily for 2 weeks.
Precautions:
- Avoid touching the dropper to the ear.
- Stay on your side for 2 minutes after instilling the drops or use a cotton plug in the ear.
- Rinse with water if the drop accidentally gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth.
- Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.
- Avoid Otomed if you have hypersensitivity to any of its components.
- Consult your doctor if you have conditions like Atrial Fibrillation, Heart Failure, or Myasthenia Gravis (MG).
