Cotozal-TZ Plus is a comprehensive medication kit designed to treat mixed vaginal infections.

Vaginal candidiasis, Bacterial vaginosis, Trichomoniasis, Genital chlamydia infection, Cervicitis, Uncomplicated gonorrhea.
It is also recommended for male partners of infected subjects to prevent re-infection.
Mechanism of Action:
- Fluconazole: Works by inhibiting the synthesis of fungal sterol, essential for cell membrane formation. It is particularly effective against Candida species and has a broad spectrum of activity against various fungal infections.
- Tinidazole: An antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent, it is used to treat infections caused by protozoa and certain strains of anaerobic bacteria.
- Azithromycin: A macrolide antibiotic that works by stopping the growth of bacteria. It is used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections.
