Description
Indication
Cialis is primarily indicated for:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED): To help achieve and maintain an erection.

Dosage
- Starting Dose: The recommended starting dose for most patients is 10 mg taken prior to anticipated sexual activity.
- Adjustment: Based on individual efficacy and tolerability, the dose may be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg.
Side Effects

- Flushing (redness or warmth of the face, neck, or chest)

Serious side effects may include:
- Sudden vision loss
- Sudden hearing loss
- Chest pain

Precautions
- Nitrate Interaction: Do not take Cialis if you are using nitrate drugs for chest pain or heart problems, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Heart Conditions: Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease, stroke, or irregular heartbeats.
- Other Medications: Tell your doctor about all other medications you are taking, especially those for high blood pressure, HIV, or antifungal treatments.
