Azifast 100mg/5ml Dry Syrup(Azithromycin for Oral Suspension)

Description

Indications: It’s indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate infections caused by designated, susceptible bacteria, such as:

• Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in adults
• Acute bacterial sinusitis in adults
• Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections in adults
• Urethritis and cervicitis in adults
• Genital ulcer disease in men
• Acute otitis media in pediatric patients (6 months of age and older)
• Community-acquired pneumonia in adults and pediatric patients (6 months of age and older)

Dosage:

• Pediatric dosages vary based on the condition and age of the child.

Side Effects:

• Common side effects may include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and headache.
• Serious side effects can include allergic reaction, liver problems and heart issues

Precautions:

• Before taking azithromycin, inform your doctor if you have any allergies, liver problems, heart problems, or low levels of potassium or magnesium.
