Actifed tablet is utilized in the treatment of cold symptoms. It works by narrowing down tiny blood vessels, mitigating blockage or clogging of the nose as well as relieving allergy traits including sneezing, runny nose, itching, inflammation, and watery eyes.
Side Effects Actifed tablet
Dryness in the mouth, nose, and throat, headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, upset stomach, and disturbed sleep are the most common of side effects. It is important to inform your doctor if any of these effects persist or worsen because of continued usage.
The use of Actifed tablets is not recommended for children under the age of 12 as it might result in death.
The recommended dosage of Actifed tablet for adults and kids over the age of 12 is one tablet every four hours and no more than six tablets every 24 hours.
It is important to inform your doctor if your condition does not improve or worsens after seven days of taking Actifed tablets.
