Gynaemed (Clotrimazole vaginal Tablet & Cream)

Description

1. Indication:
   • Gynaemed is used to treat vaginal yeast infections caused by fungus.
   • It helps reduce symptoms such as vaginal burning, itching, and discharge associated with these infections.
2. Side Effects:
   • Common side effects of clotrimazole vaginal may include a slight increase in vaginal discomfort (burning, itching, irritation).
   • If you experience any allergic reactions (hives, difficulty breathing, swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat), seek emergency medical help.
   • Contact your doctor if you have new or worsening vaginal symptoms.
3. Dosage:
   • Use Gynaemed exactly as directed on the label or as prescribed by your doctor.
   • Wash your hands before and after using the medication.
   • Insert the cream into the vagina using the applicator provided.
   • Use it for the full prescribed length of time, even during your menstrual period.
4. Precautions:

• • Do not use Gynaemed if you are allergic to clotrimazole.
  • If this is your first vaginal infection, consult your doctor before using it.
  • Frequent vaginal yeast infections that do not clear up may indicate a more serious condition.
  • Inform your doctor about any other medical conditions you have, especially fever, chills, pain in your back or shoulder, stomach pain, vomiting, foul-smelling vaginal discharge, diabetes, or HIV/AIDS.
  • Gynaemed is not expected to harm an unborn baby, but inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
  • Do not use it without medical advice if you are breastfeeding.
  • Not recommended for children under 12 years old
