Tabasil Cream

Description

1. Indication:
   • Tabasil cream is effective for treating the following conditions:
     • Ringworm: A fungal infection that causes circular, itchy rashes on the skin.
     • Athlete’s Foot: A common fungal infection affecting the feet, causing itching, redness, and scaling.
     • Jock Itch: A fungal infection in the groin area, leading to itching and discomfort.
     • Pityriasis (Tinea Versicolor): A fungal infection causing lightening or darkening of the skin on the neck, chest, arms, or legs.
2. Dosage and Application:
   • Apply a thin layer of Tabasil cream on and around the affected area.
   • Use it once or twice daily, as directed on the product package.
   • Clean and thoroughly dry the area before application.
   • Do not wrap, cover, or bandage the treated area unless advised by your doctor.
   • Avoid applying the cream to the eyes, nose, mouth, or inside the vagina.
   • Do not use on the scalp or nails unless specifically instructed by your doctor.
3. Precautions:
   • Follow the prescribed dosage and treatment duration to avoid side effects.
   • Wash your hands after applying the cream (unless treating the hands).
   • If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor within:
     • 2 weeks for jock itch and ringworm.
     • 4 weeks for athlete’s foot.
   • Continue using Tabasil until the full treatment period is completed, even if symptoms improve earlier.
   • Stopping early may result in a recurrence of the infection.
